STAFF PROFILES

David Hartsock joined Firstax in 2002.  In 2007, David became an Enrolled Agent.  An Enrolled Agent (EA) is the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.  David is a member of NAEA and in 2013, David became an NTPI Fellow.  An NTPI Fellow has completed a stringent, three-level program of study that covers all facets of representing clients before the IRS. David’s helps guide his clients through the often challenging maze of IRS codes, internal regulations and agency structure.  David is married with two lovely daughters.

Daniel Hartsock began his career with Firstax in 2003.  Daniel is an Enrolled Agent and is authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS at all administrative levels within the IRS.  Daniel’s background is in Information Technology and has been quite successful in making Firstax a more efficient, technological business.  When not assisting clients, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two wonderful daughters along with Cooper, the most incredible beagle/dachshund mix around!
